Once you log in, you can send a remittance by completing the following steps:

Agency sending method:

Step 1: Select the country, state and city to which you are going to send. (USA, Mexico and Honduras apply city and state)

Step 2: Then you must indicate the amount to send in the corresponding currency (Dollars for international shipments and Lempiras for national shipments)

Step 3: Select the recipient according to the list that is displayed and if the person you want to send to does not appear, you must proceed to enter the new recipient with the requested data. (Full name, source of funds, destination of funds and type of relationship).

Step 4: Once the name of the recipient is indicated, proceed to continue and the summary of the shipment is displayed to proceed to confirm the data.

Step 5: Then proceed to read and accept the terms and conditions to complete the pre-registration of the transaction.

Step 6: A PIN is generated that lasts 24 hours so that you can go to an agency according to the nearby options that the application provides, in order to complete your transaction and be able to send the money.

Step 7: When you go to the selected agency, you must go to the window and present your PIN and identification document. You must also hand over the corresponding cash so that the cashier can complete the process and give you your receipt, which will show the code number that you must provide to your recipient to collect the remittance at the destination.

Method of sending with credit or debit card:

Step 1: Select the country, state and city to which you are going to send. (USA, Mexico and Honduras apply city and state)

Step 5: Then proceed to read and accept the terms and conditions and the Privacy Policies to complete the transaction registration.

Step 6: You are asked to add or select the debit or credit card from which the balance will be debited.

Step 4: The payment details are presented, press continue to complete the shipment.

Step 5: The message will appear: We have sent you a token to your email to confirm the shipment! Select Understood.

Step 6: Enter the email and select “verify”.

Step 7: A 10-digit remittance code and QR code will be generated and must be shared with the recipient.
