Please make sure that the email you entered when requesting the code is the same one you used when you first registered. We recommend that you check your SPAM folder and that you have a stable internet connection.
If the email is correct and you have not received your code, you can press "Resend Validation Code" and wait a minute to receive it.
If you continue to have problems, you can go to the question icon (?) in the application, located at the top right. Click on the “Chat with Pako” option and provide the following information:
1. ID (identity document) and full name
2. Registered phone number
3. Home address
4. If you have changed or lost your phone number, please provide your current number.
