  1. The name of the beneficiary does not match the username of your Wallet.
  2. The transfer is not available at the time of the query.
  3. The remittance was previously consulted (wait 15 minutes for a next attempt).
  4. You must go to a window to update your personal information.

For more information, write to us through the Wallet Chat with the following information at hand:

  1. MTCN number of the transaction.
  2. Who is sending you the remittance.
  3. Estimated amount of the remittance.
  4. Screenshot of the error or indicate the text of the message.
  5. Identity Document (ID) and full name of the beneficiary.
