If you cannot receive your remittance through your Pako Digital Wallet, we list the possible causes:
- The name of the beneficiary does not match the username of your Wallet.
- The transfer is not available at the time of the query.
- The remittance was previously consulted (wait 15 minutes for a next attempt).
- You must go to a window to update your personal information.
For more information, write to us through the Wallet Chat with the following information at hand:
- MTCN number of the transaction.
- Who is sending you the remittance.
- Estimated amount of the remittance.
- Screenshot of the error or indicate the text of the message.
- Identity Document (ID) and full name of the beneficiary.
