If your Black Pako Card is lost or stolen, report it immediately to the Telephone Service Center at (502) 2410-1051, available Monday through Saturday from 8 am to 8 pm and Sunday from 8 am to 6 pm.
You can also do it through the Chat in the application, in the question icon (?) located at the top right.
In addition, we give you the option to temporarily block it from your Wallet as an additional security measure. You can unblock it by the same means, completely digitally and in a few minutes.
If you want a replacement of your Black Pako Card, this has a cost of Q50.
