Your wallet account can be blocked for unsuccessful login attempts with the PIN you registered. For security reasons it crashes after three failed attempts. To request the unlocking of your account, contact us via chat or by calling 22668126 and request the unlocking. The operator will ask you several security questions to verify your identity and your ownership of the account you request to unlock.

After the agent confirmed that your user was unlocked, you can enter with your previously registered PIN. If you do not know your PIN, request a temporary one from the service agent, which you must change once you log in to the wallet for security reasons. The temporary PIN will reach you via text message (SMS) to your cell phone registered in your account.
