If during the course of a period of five months the balance of the prepaid card is zero and the user has not made any movement in the aforementioned period, the prepaid card will be inactivated, being able to request its reactivation always and when a period of six months without use is not exceeded. In the event that the user does not use their prepaid card in a period greater than six months, the prepaid card will be canceled, and a new one may be requested as card replacement. The user may request the reactivation by calling the Customer Service number 2266-8126, option 4 or by appearing at the AirPak agency of your convenience for the replacement.
