In case of loss or theft of the Prepaid CashPak Card, you can temporarily deactivate your card by going to My Profile> Card Management> Activate / Deactivate Prepaid Card, so that from that moment it cannot be used by third parties who find it and the available balance is protected.
It is not enough to deactivate the card, you must report it in the shortest possible time to the Call Center at number 2266-8126, option 4 and request the permanent blocking of the card.
The user will be solely responsible for the use made of the Prepaid Card, with or without his signature, until the moment the theft or loss is reported in accordance with the provisions set forth above.
The user may appear at a participating location (AirPak Agency) to request the replacement of the card. The card can be obtained the same or it can take five labor days if it is personalized.
The delivery process of the new card (replacement) lasts between 48 to 72 hours.
