Any Transaction that the User does not recognize and that was carried out in the Mastercard network, either for consumption in shops or withdrawals at ATMs nationally or internationally, must be presented to CashPak at any AirPak Branch where they must complete and sign the Disregard Form Transactions, the User being informed that this review process before Mastercard and the acquiring entities may have a duration of up to sixty (60) calendar days. At the end of the review process, CashPak will inform the User of the result either for or against it (in the case of a refund). During this period of time, the User may purchase a new prepaid card in the amount of $ 6.
It does not apply the reversals of transactions of recharges and downloads of cash of the Prepaid Card carried out in Agencies, Sub-Agencies and Transaction Centers Authorized by CashPak, Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) and from the CashPak Digital Wallet.
In case of reversal of purchases in canceled stores, the User must request it from CashPak, presenting the voided voucher issued by the store or establishment and completing the Transaction disregard form, within thirty (30) days from the date of cancellation. If the claim is not presented within the stipulated period, the purchase made will be considered accepted.
