- Attention Via Chat within the CashPak Wallet: attention to queries and transactions from Monday to Sunday from 8 am to 8 pm.
- Facebook Messenger (Fan Page CashPak): attention to inquiries and transactions from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 8 am to noon.
- AirPak Agencies: according to working hours exposed within the Application when Searching Nearby Agencies.
- Dialing 22668126: For card blockages due to theft or loss (Option 4 and then Option 2) and balance inquiries (Option 4 and then Option 1). The attention for these last two steps from Monday to Sunday from 8 am to 8 pm.
