1.        Recipient’s name does not match with wallet username.
2.        MTCN number unavailable at that time.
3.        MTCN number was consulted before (wait 15 minutes and try again).
4.        You must go to AirPak agency to update your information.

3. Estimated Amount of the Transfer
4. Screenshot of the error message
5. Your identification number and full name
