If the Wallet does not allow you to recharge minutes, it may be for these reasons:
1. Theprovider is not available now.
2. The phone number doesn´t belong to the company you chose.
3. You don´t have enough money in your account.
If you make a recharge, please check your receipt, and make sure the number is correct. If the number is correct, you can make the claim by talking to an agent and providing your name, identification number, phone number and address to verify your identity, and also bring the phone number you sent the recharge.
If you make a mistake digiting the number, the operation is irreversible.
