If you do not receive your validation code, you can not log in your Wallet. You must validate that the number shown in your screen is the one you first use to register as a client. If the number is correct and you do not receive your code, push “resend the validation code”. Wait a minute to receive the code.
If you don not receive the code because the number in the screen is not your current number, you can ask an agent for help, providing the next information first:
1. Identification number and full name
2. Registered phone number
3. Address
4. New phone number in case you are requesting a change
If you do not remember your old number, you must go to an AirPak agency and request the change.
