If you forgot your Pako Wallet PIN, you can do the following:

1. Enter the "I forgot my PIN" section on the login screen and then correctly answer the three security questions you defined when you signed up for the wallet.

2. If you do not know the answers to your security questions, contact us via chat or by calling us at 4800-1703 and request a temporary PIN. The temporary PIN is sent to the registered cell phone.
