Your Pako Wallet account may be blocked due to failed login attempts with the PIN you register. For security reasons, it crashes after three unsuccessful attempts. To request the unlocking of the account, contact us via chat or by calling 4800-1717 to request the unlocking. The operator will ask several security questions to verify your identity and the ownership of the account you are requesting to unlock.

After the agent confirms that your user has been unlocked, you can enter with your previously registered PIN. If you do not know your PIN, request a temporary one from the service agent, who must change it once you log in for security reasons. The temporary PIN will arrive via text message (SMS) to your cell phone registered in your account.
