If you forgot your App PIN, you can do the following:
1. Enter the Section "Forgot my PIN?" on the login screen.
2. The application will ask you to select the verification method, by text message to the cell phone or email registered in the application.
3.- Within a maximum period of 1 minute, you should receive a message with a token
4. Enter the token in the APP and define a new PIN
