1. MTCN Number of the Transaction.
2. Who is sending you the Remittance
3. Estimated Amount of Remittance
4. Error message that appears when trying to collect the remittance

With this information we could manage with our chat agents and verify the status of your transaction to be able to give you a solution, you can also call 2410-1050 option 3 where a customer service agent will answer all your questions.
